FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Updated DEMO Website Launched

Updates include information on this year's (X)Cross-Pollination Across the Nation Tour™, online music sales certifications, 2004 DEMO Conference, and recent music industry news.

June 17, 2003

NEW YORK-- The (X)Cross-Pollination Across the Nation Tour™ is an annual college tour that travels to some of the top college towns in America.  The tour, which kicks off in early September each year, promises to be one of the most fun-filled traveling road shows in the annals of rock and roll that would upstage even the Rolling Stones.

Join thousands of music industry executives and musicians for DEMO Conference in August 2004 who will converge at one of New York’s largest and most important industry events where music and the Internet intersect.  There will be three full days of new product demonstrations, business card swapping, workshops, industry meetings, high profile keynote speakers, and informative panels.  Get free legal advice; pitch your television and film projects; meet the industry visionaries.  Attend the musical showcases of up and coming stars.

Andre Gray, the founder and chairman of DEMO, has won two major awards for inventing online music sales certifications on a global scale.  The Johannes Gutenberg Inventor Prize was presented to Mr. Gray on 11.27.02 by The Johannes Gutenberg Inventors Club from Mainz, Germany.  This award is by far one of the most prestigious awards that can be bestowed upon someone involved in technology or the sciences.  On 05.21.03, CASA, Central American Science Association, presented Andre Gray with the Visionary Award.  For Gray, who is originally from Belize, Central America, this simply means validation…

SEMS™ (secured electronic music sales) was created as a standard for monitoring and awarding music sales generated by the Internet.  Any recording sales that were “caused” by the Internet that has achieved a sales level of at least 500,000 units or better will be recognized by being awarded a sales certification plaque.  The primary purpose of DEMO is to create a global de facto standard for online music sales and to promote all the musical genres of the world as a unifying force.
